To start using CopySafe?? all you need is to complete a very simple registration process after installation of the plug-in to your mail client. The plug-in having been installed, you will be able to locate a CopySafe button in your Outlook panel. Keeping the button pressed will result in sending all your emails via CopySafe service.

Each time you use CopySafe a copy of the original message is saved in your personal account at one of the secure servers. There is more to CopySafe—all clients get Proof of Postage—the automated reply you receive when using CopySafe. The Proof of Postage contains a list of the email recipients, the time and date it was sent and a copy of the email content. It will also contain a list of any attachments that may have been included with the email. This email can act as proof that you did send an email and will show who it was sent to.
