Millis Performance Cars' mission is to source and supply you with the best and most desirable vehicles that the Japanese used car market has to offer, and to ensure that they are delivered to you, fully prepared and ready to go.

We were approached by Peter Millis, Director of MillisPerformanceCars, to help create their new website which was launched this month. Our focus was to ensure that the project was search engine friendly and that the back end administration was simple and intuitive to use. We wanted Peter and his team to be able to update the website themselves and add notes on each new car as it arrived. These details should then be quickly indexed on the search engines to bring in customers searching for these cars.

As a side project we created some intelligent image viewing code which would allow his visitors to quickly flick through the separate car images without having to wait for large pop-up windows to open. Although they still had the option to view large images of the cars that interested them. All the image resizing was automatic, only one large image needed to be uploaded.

From my point of view, I’m extremely pleased with the whole look and feel of the site, and the simplicity with which I can now upload and manage stock details. I have had very positive feedback from others who have browsed the site. I’m also very pleased with the ease of stumbling across the site at the top of Google with just a few words. Before the site would have been pretty well buried several pages down using those search words.
