Q. Is this tool really free?
Yes. This keyword analysis tool was developed for our own SEO consultants who often found themselves tweaking keyword copy on their laptops, usually on the long train journey home at night (yes, we are that obsessed with SEO). Although there are many keyword density analysis tools available on the Internet we wanted a simple tool which would allow this work to be done without an internet connection.
We decided that other people might find it useful so decided to release it for free from our web site. There is no cost associated with this software but feel free to link back to our site as a sign of appreciation.
Q. Does this keyword analysis tool work with Microsoft Word?
No. Microsoft Word integration is currently not possible. Even if you save your Word document as a text file the program contains some complex macros which prevent simple integration with other programs. However in the future, if time allows, we may consider making these programs compatible.
At e3internet we use the excellent OpenSource program, AbiWord, for copywriting and word processing. This is free to download from the following location: www.abisource.com/. This program makes a more than adequate replacement for Word and the text files that it saves in are fully compatible with our keyword analysis tool. There are many other word processing packages out there that also may be compatible. If you discover compatibility with your own particular word processing software then please inform us and we will publish this information for our users.
Q. Will there updates available?
We will be making updates to this program periodically. Some of these will inevitably be related to bug fixes and some will be upgrades and increases to functionality. If you would like to be kept informed of new releases of this program then please sign up here.
Q. I have found a bug - how do I report it?
As we have said, this program was developed to work on our own systems here and while we have attempted to test for various operating systems you may find an issue with your particular setup.
Before submitting bug reports please ensure you are using the latest version of the program as the problem may have been previously identified and fixed. You can check the latest version and build from the program download page.
Please send any bug reports using this form, remember to specify your operating system and the exact sequence of actions which caused the problem. This enables us to retake your steps and recreate the problem in our testing environments. The more detail you can provide, the better. Your reports will help us identify problems within the program and add fixes within future releases.

No. As we have stated before, this was a tool developed internally for our own consultants. We have decided to make it available free of charge for the general use of other SEO’s and copywriters. We truly believe that this program is simple enough for most people to use without too much trouble.

However before you email please take the time to thouroughly read the instructions we have provided in case your question is already answered there.
If you have discovered a problem that you think is due to the program itself malfunctioning then please report that to us and we will take measures to correct this.
Q. How do I uninstall this program?
The program can be easily and quickly uninstalled within Windows using the add/remove feature of your operating system. This can be activated by going to your start menu > control panel > add/remove programs.
Locate e3KWD within your programs list and then select change. This will bring up a dialogue box where you can select the option to uninstall the program and all of its components.
