Our task was to build a custom platform for the site from the ground up, as it grew beyond the capacity of the Open Source Pligg software. This project was done in PHP using the CodeIgniter framework.

At a basic level this involved recreating the existing Pligg functionality and migrating all posts, comments and user data. Beyond this the new version of Sphinn has many new functions. Most notably…

SERPGuard is a free service that checks the Google Safe Browsing Blacklists for your domain(s). You may create an account, log in and add all your sites into one simple interface. If our system detects any of your URLs on the Google phishing or malware blacklists, we will send you an RSS message and email immediately.

Although Google are already sending our notification from Google Webmaster Central, they have helpfully provided this API to allow third party developers like us to create additional checking tools. We have also added an RSS feature to the system to allow people to choose alert methods that fit their online lifestyle.

UmYup approached e3internet for the implementation of this large scale project. The major achievement of the e3internet team while working on this project was successful integration of a Google Maps resource into the new UmYup service. The utilization of Google maps enables the service to display the results of user searches directly on the interactive maps.

Everyone using the UmYup service is a homeowner who is thinking about moving – that makes them both a seller and in all probability a buyer as well. Each user registers with the site and sets up a personal account to be able to start searching for property options according to price, number of bed-rooms, location, etc. The center of search (city, street, etc.) is marked with a pin on the map and all the property objects are shown within the distance specified.

UmYup customers can anonymously contact and communicate with homeowners (while logged in with the screen names they are using for their accounts). To prevent spamming, the UK post-code is verified via Google Maps in the process of user registration and creation of a personal account with UmYup. Only after the successful verification, the system allows to proceed with on-line registration of the users and creation of their personal account.

A group of professionals at e3internet created special CopySafe plug-ins for Outlook and Outlook Express downloadable directly from CopySafe.com. To start using CopySafe?? all you need is to complete a very simple registration process after installation of the plug-in to your mail client. The plug-in having been installed, you will be able to locate a CopySafe button in your Outlook panel. Keeping the button pressed will result in sending all your emails via CopySafe service.

Each time you use CopySafe a copy of the original message is saved in your personal account at one of the secure servers. CopySafe?? is free for personal use but Members can access additional services by upgrading to Full Membership for a small fee. As a Free Member you can access your account only to see which messages have been saved while Full Members can read and retrieve their saved messages and much more.

There is more to CopySafe—all clients get Proof of Postage—the automated reply you receive when using CopySafe. The Proof of Postage contains a list of the email recipients, the time and date it was sent and a copy of the email content. It will also contain a list of any attachments that may have been included with the email. This email can act as proof that you did send an email and will show who it was sent to.

It was very exciting for us in e3internet to be involved in this project for Spice Group. We really enjoyed working on creating the website which we tried to tailor to the needs of this company. It was great to work with the company which is so creative and innovative.

We tried to make the site we designed look very much in line with the philosophy of Spice Group–Passion, Innovation, Creativity, Imagination, and Inspiration. Applying this philosophy our team came up with the site which is VERY inspirational and stylish, for that matter. Set beautifully against the dark gray background the site features a stylish header with exclusive icon and logo which visualize the main concept of the company.

The site is in six sections that make it easy to find the information you need. There is a special Services page on the site giving the long list of services that Spice provides for its clients as well as direct link to more information on these services and special projects. The Clients page contains overview of the clients that Spice works with (including links to their web resources), as well as the complete event history of the projects this company implemented.

The site features a media center with pictures, videos and music. There is a section of the website that is dedicated to event pictures. It hosts several picture galleries of wonderful high resolution shots from the special events organized and hosted by Spice. One can see the thumbnail picture galleries, and click each picture to enlarge. There are also tracks from Spice’s new artists available for download at the site music library. And it’s FREE!

To keep the site interactive there is a contacts page. You can always write a message to the company, ask a question, give advice or simply stay in touch and be updated on the latest company news. Everyone in the company would be absolutely glad to hear from you and know what you think.

The site has two languages: English and Russian, which makes it accessible and easy-to-use by both English- and Russian-speaking audience. There are plans to expand the language panel at the site for our prospective clients from around the world.

E3internet created a website for the Spice Group presents the unique software—Quiz Tool—developed exclusively for Spice. E3internet was happy to assist the development of Cannonball movement in Russia. We were approached to design and implement the new site Cannonball Run Russia 2007 which would nicely fit into the family of Cannonball sites around the globe and which would stand out from the rest of them by its originality and user-friendliness. The site is meant to introduce Cannonball movement to the Russian audience as well as cater for those who already actively participate in Cannonball Runs. The unique concept of the site that e3internet came up with ideally meets both the requirements.

The site was made in the traditional for Cannonball color scheme—white font against the black background with an easily recognizable Cannonball Run World Events logo. When first logging into the site the user sees a Flash-video exclusively designed by our creative team for the Russian version of the site. The site provides information on the Cannonball movement in Russia and around the world. The site also has full rules and conditions of participation in the Run, and complete coverage of the planned, as well as archived, events. The site also contains pictures and YouTube videos. Cannonball Online Store offers Cannonball logo products (cuff links, baseball caps, keychains, etc.) and professional Cannonball karts. Moreover, there is an English-language version of the site which fully correspond to its Russian counterpart and contributes to attracting more people both in this country and other countries of the world.

Programmers and designers at e3internet came up with a series of templates which formed the basis for the new site. The templates designed in a number of color schemes correspond to sections of the website. The utilization of templates makes it easy to add/edit content as well as create new pages for the site. Moreover, it greatly contributes to the overall design of the site and particularly to its thematic division.

The site structure was optimized and a special html-code was created so that the site administrator could easily add up new pages and sections to the site.
